The ServSafe program provides food safety training for food service managers. In this course, you will earn ServSafe Food Production Manager certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as required by Arkanasas Food Safety Regulations and Arkanasas Department of Health. Textbook and exam voucher are included in the cost, and participants who pass the exam will receive a ServSafe Food Production Manager Certification good for five years.*

*AHTis course is offered in partnership with the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Research & Extension Offices of Crittenden and Monroe County, and will be instructed by County Extension Agents: Morgan Neal and Valerie Turner.
